My parents bought my brother and I new cell phones so they can keep in contact with us when we are out. We have now had the phones for over a year and my brother asked my mother if he could change carriers. She told him that it was okay if it did not cost her any more money. He immediately started calling all of his friends and telling them that he would be calling them back with his new number. I let him make several calls before telling him that he could have the same number with a Paccode. He had the nerve to blame me for not telling him before he started making calls.
