We keep all of our company books on our desktop computer and back them up on DVDs every night in case the computer dies while we are gone.  We have one DVD for even days and one for odd so they are never more than twenty four hours out of date.  What dawned on me was what would happen is we had a fire or a theft and lost our back up disks?  It was at that point that I decided to move everything from our computer and back up disks to an online backup storage system.  Now I am protected off site as well as on.
