Back into the cycling as of late and I am really enjoying it. What has surprised me is that I have joined a local club and the buzz word seems to be sports supplements. Everybody is talking about them and I am really interested to find out what I am missing out on. From what I can gather creatine sound really good and is definitely worth looking into as it will help me store more carbohydrates in my muscles. This will really help on the longer cycles of 20 miles plus! This is where I am starting to feel really flat and one paced so I am keen to give it a go.
