This has to be the most popular protein in the UK by far. It is every where I go and I have now even seen it at my local supermarket. I do however use it sometimes even though it does work out very expensive it is easy to mix and I can say that it does stop my muscles from aching very quickly. A word of warning though, avoid the latte flavour at all costs!!  I wish maximuscle would consider a better value 5lb tub of maximuscle promax, it would not be such a ball ache then to keep paying through the nose every other week, come on Maximuscle listen to your customers!!!
