It’s hard to believe that just a few years ago, this was just an area full of warehouses and undeveloped land, but now this area is teaming with excitement and anticipation. Waterfron luxury is now a reality. If you are looking at moving to NYC but aren’t happy with the prices, this area might be a better option for you.
