Is personalized jewelry permanent?
Sometimes you get a piece of jewelry personalized and the engraver makes a mistake, or you may even have made a mistake when you came up with the message. Whatever the case personalized jewelry can be changed and re-engraved. Their are techniques that allow the jeweler to either melt the material in the engraved area over or to sort of sand it down so you can do it again. Depending on how deep the engraving was this could be an easy or hard job. It is best to think very carefully before you have piece engraved, because in some cases it may not be possible to fix it.
