I got the biggest surprise of my life this afternoon at work.  The girl I took out to dinner last night sent me flowers.  Well, actually it was just one flower.  A single red rose with an accompanying thank you note was delivered to my desk.  In the note she thanked me for the wonderful dinner and told me how much she enjoyed my company.  This really blew me away.  Never before has one of my dates ever sent me flowers.  The guys I work with gave me a hard time about it, but I could tell they thought it was really cool.  No one has ever sent any of them flowers and they were just jealous.  I think this girl is exceptional and this gesture proves that I was right about her.  Before our next date, I’m going to buy flowers online for her so she will be as happy as I am today.
