My sister in law is planning no selling their house in Nebraska this year and moving overseas. When she was in the Navy she met the man who is not her husband in England. They knew that eventually they would move back there and they figured now is the time while the girls are still small. I am in real estate so she thought she would ask me how to get started with real estate over there. Frankly, I do not know where to start. Do I start with seeking mortgage advice in the midlands uk or do I start with a mortgage broker here who can refer me on?
