I feel really bad about the foreclosure problems that my brother is facing right now. He asked me the other day “how does foreclosure work“? I told him that I wasn’t 100% sure but that I knew that he had some time to make it right with the bank before they actually took the house. I advised him to consult with a real estate lawyer to see if there was a way to push it back further but that I wasn’t sure if that was possible. I will try to help him out as much as I can but I feel like I am not doing enough some how.
