My friends and I went to a home appliance sale last week. It was like a madhouse inside with everyone grabbing and snatching any piece of equipment they could get their hands on. I managed to make it through the scrum without a scratch to where the mixers were. Even though I’ve been using it nearly every day since I bought it, I still can’t believe I came away with the best mixer I’ve ever used. I love baking but can’t afford most of the bigger stand mixers. I’ve also learnt that the cheaper ones aren’t really worth the price either, so I was really lucky to get this mixer!
