Do you dread joining a gym and working out with strangers? Do you find that walking on a treadmill or a track is extremely boring? If you need to start a weight loss workout but you cannot motivate yourself, there is a solution. Think of active things that you can do that you consider to be enjoyable. Do you have a toddler? If you do, take him or her outside. You will get a great workout just by following him or her around. Do you like to work in the yard? If so, pull weeds by hand and/or push mow your entire yard. Don’t feel as if you have to do traditional exercise in order to lose weight.
