I had a panic attack today. I used to have them all the time. Then, my doctor placed me on prescription medications. I don’t have them as often, but I still have them. They are scary. I wa in the mall when I had the attack today. I knew I would not be able to drive home. I had to call my husband. He and my oldest son came to the mall. My husband drove me home, and my son drove my car home. I( made it home safe and sound, and eventually the attack subsided.
