1. Write down what you want to achieve and be real with the goals!  Don’t set a bar too high that you cannot reach.  Instead set smaller goals which will lead to that ultimate weight loss goal!

2. Get friends or your partner involved – being in a team environment keeps you focused and accountable for your own actions!

3. Make it a point to eat out less, and eat more fresh foods.  Fresh foods are loaded with good nutrition, and will fuel your body with right nutrients for a healthier body.
