Burning calories is a lot simpler than you imagine. Just by walking up the stairs or parking further in the parking lot you are burning those extra calories a day that you take in when drinking a soda or eating bad. I do my laundry and clean my house and I sweat more doing that than in an hour long session at the gym. There are so many little activities you can do to start losing the weight you need to without living in a gym. Just take care of your simple housework like me and you will start noticing a difference.
