I admit it, I’m a workaholic.  Yes, I’m one of those “burning the candle at both ends” kind of people.  However,once I passed that dreaded 40 year old mark, I had trouble keeping up with my old pace.  After seeing me yawning at my desk, a co-worker suggested I try supplementing my diet with Acai Berry–  said it would help increase my energy and stamina.  I am a skeptic through and through, but I decided to give it a try.  I have been pleasantly surprised with how much it has helped.  I once again have energy at the end of the day to face my normal 3 mile run!
