After I went to see the chiropractor for the first time he gave me some strching exercises to try and also a copy of a  Bellevue Chiropractic stretching exercise article to read.  As a runner I have found that my flexibility has decreased, especially in my leg muscles.  The doctor told me that running is a bif part of why that is happening and that it is very important for me to properly stretch my muscles after I have warmed them up.  He reminded me that I should never stretch cold muscles because that  potentially could do more harm then good.  The article was equally informative.
