Let’s finish our series with a particularly ironic instance of tinnitus occurrence in medicine: through Benzodiazepine. The method by which unfortunate victims of tinnitus acquire the problem through this drug is different from all our other examples. In fact, it’s the exact opposite of how tinnitus is usually caused!

You see, this drug generally causes tinnitus, not from being taken, but as a symptom of withdrawal! Accordingly, you may have to wean yourself off the drug very slowly and gradually to not suffer any ill effects. If your withdrawal is very sudden and extreme, you may suffer more intense tinnitus that can take a long time to recede. Isn’t it better not to take the risk?

So the next time you pop a pill and start hearing a ringing sound, consider this series, consider tinnitus miracle, and consider what you’ve learned. It might save you a lot of stress.
