The Paul Hates Mac Blog Site

It was obvious to everyone in the office that we needed a better way to coordinate our schedules.  We were missing meetings with clients or showing up late because our appointment books were not be compared and updated in a timely manner.   Our office manager bought us an appointment program for us and it did not prove satisfactory.  This time rather than buy another one that may or may not work we decided to ask for an Appointment software demo.    At least with the demo we can all get a chance to look at it and decide for ourselves if this will meet our needs.
