I noticed last year that we were not having the best output that I thought we should be having from our business.  Our business is relatively small, with only thirty employees, so I did not know if there were any business programs that would apply to our situation.  Sure enough, I found a program called six sigma, and it applied perfectly to out situation.  We were able to break down independently, each workers processes and evaluate them for efficiency.  We found ways to make every single employee’s day more productive, and it was not long before we were seeing some major changes in our product efficiency at the office.
