Still our boss is not convinced that manual tallying is not efficient. He still thinks there are dishonest employees. He was really mad because of the big loss the company acquired during the previous projects. He was calmed when the problem had been resolved and it turned out there were many lapses in the tallying. An executive of the company also suggested that we should use timberline software. He said that timberline software is widely used. As a matter of fact most construction companies are using timberline software to avoid problems in accounting and inventory.
