My dad has finally joined the 21st century and started to sell online.  Of course he doesn’t deal with that, I do, but he has at least seen that it is worthwhile doing.  I use email marketing to keep our customers up to date with what offers we have and when we are having a sale on.  The customers have to opt in for our newsletter so that nobody feels they are being spammed.  We have never sent unwanted junk mail and after 45 years in business, dad does not see the need to change now.  I quite agree with him.
