My husband and I have been going to Open Houses lately. We are interested in buying our first home! It is a very exciting time, but also a very stressful one. There are so many things to decide on. We have been looking into a seattle mortgage to try to figure that out first. We figure that it makes the most sense to find out how much of a house we can afford before we put in an offer on anything. Once we start that process and get pre-approved we can get a bit more serious about house hunting to find our dream home.
