Hotels are complicated organizations. The big mistake that new hotel managers make is that they think they can run a successful business with little to no experience. They mistakenly think that all it takes is a building and a few guests. Well the reality is that it’s not that easy by a long shot.

First off, no hotel will live up to its potential without implementing hotel software. That’s just one of the basic tenets of hotel theory. You have to have a system in place that will enable you to expand and treat all your guests well. If you don’t, you’re sunk.
