I have some ideas for children’s toys, but I am not sure where to begin. I have thought about selling my ideas to a company that could actually make the ideas come to life, but I have also considered starting my own business where I would sell the toys to local companies. I am just not sure if I have the resources to actually make the toys. My big question is whether or not I need a patent lawyer or if I would be able to patent my ideas without too much trouble. I am not sure how difficult that process is.
