The date has at last been set for the release of the F prefix personalised number plates. October 2008 is the month they will go on sale. The numbers 1-20 will be available so numbers like F1 SUE and F10 OOK will be available to the public on a first come, first served basis. The exact date has not yet been released and pricing is not yet available. Some cherished number dealers are advertising them on their websites but do not have any priviledged means of buying them on the day, the have to call in just as everyone else does. Demand is expected to be high as this is the last release of prefix type registrations.
