I can just imagine it… Driving down the street and noticing that the fuel tank is getting low. Then I spot a neighbor watering his garden flowers. I pull over and ask, "Hey buddy, can you give me a fill up?" He smiles and waits until I get the tank cap off, then he shoves the garden hose in and fills up the tank. "Thanks," I say as I drive off, good for another 200 miles or so. Wow, isn’t it great that we discovered the water powered car in time, just when oil was running out for everyone. There were those who scoffed at the idea. Some laughed outright, but it happened just the same.
