I used to have a few different methods of sharing files and getting the music or movies that I wanted. Each time the program was installed, I noticed a really obvious difference in how my computer was running all of the time, not just when I was getting or sending music through that program. It turns out that there was spyware and other unwanted programs that were downloaded by me when I got those file share programs. Now I use ares which has absolutely none of those unwanted spy or other types of malware. I am glad it is so clean.
